Policies: Shipping/Refunds
Scuba Network uses FedEx to deliver shipments promptly and accurately. We ship from New York City and South Florida, so most orders will arrive in 1-3 days using standard ground shipping.
All orders are insured and delivery is confirmed. We charge shipping and handling only once, regardless of the number of boxes or backorders related to your order. We never bill shipping for exchanges.
The Scuba Network Guarantee
We will exchange or issue a merchandise credit for defective items within
1 year of purchase. We will refund any unsatisfactory item returned in its
ORIGINAL and UNUSED condition within 30 days of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
At Scuba Network we will promptly exchange any new and unused merchandise
for another color, size, style etc. Just return the original product to us,
excludes shipping charges. All refunds will be credited to the
original source of payment. If for some reason, you receive a
defective item, we can only replace, exchange or provide a
merchandise credit.
We encourage the use of insured and verifiable shipping methods for all
packages.
